David Masters – Founder, Inventor & Strategist
David is a strategist to business stakeholders and owners and acts as the Australian nominee director for many leading international enterprises. He started his career in the accounting industry and later in life gained much of his experience being a catalyst in the private equity and venture capital markets facilitating unlisted transactions. David joined Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in 1999 as a founding employee of ASX Enterprise Markets team, working closely with Australia’s top leading accounting and legal firms and investment groups to assist their clients to attract funding for the commercialisation of innovation and expansion projects and emerging companies.
David is the founder of APCX® and Inventor and Chief Software Architect of the sophisticated matching system to facilitate unlisted transactions such as equity, debt, business sales, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, sale of equity and prospectus exemption. One of the many benefits of the application is its capability to streamline unlisted transactions in accordance with the Corporations Act to enable professional networks to unlock latent and new opportunities without disclosing the identity of buyer and seller clients. The application has been alpha and beta tested over several years with top tier accounting firms, banks, investor groups and government programs. Over the last few years, we undertook further research and development to build a third generation release of the application to offer a SaaS via APCX® or our Private Network Solution for large and international professional firms, investment banks, entrepreneurial groups and networks.
David’s mission is to build a global network of advocates and clients through his association with leading professional services firms and his involvement in the emerging capital markets and through his private international client network of leading and public listed enterprises.
